She is a pretty cold person with a dry fairly morbid sense of humor. She is willing to help others, but everything comes with a price she intends to collect. She usually lets it slide when children need potions for their health, though she refuses to admit to that. She was born into a high class family, supposedly descended from royalty. Her family shunned their grandmother and grandfather, who lived in the forest as a potion maker and fortune teller. Upon her grandfather's death, her family had the moral obligation to go pay their respects to her grandmother. Little Kingsley took a strong liking to her grandmother and her way of life, and when she turned 16 she fled her home and began living with her grandmother and learning from her.
